PLACING YOUR ORDER

GETTING STARTED: There is quite a bit to look at in our company store! When you see something that you want to purchase, just click on the "Order" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. Select as many as you like, as items added to your cart will remain until you are ready to checkout. If you change your mind, you can always remove an item from your cart, providing you have not completed the checkout process. Once you have completed the checkout process, orders are entered in to an automated procedure for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

CHECKOUT & ORDER CONFIRMATION: When you have completed your shopping, click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to the screen where you indicate your shipping information. Fill this out completely as all fields are necessary for UPS. When complete, click "Continue". If the next screen questions your selection of zip code, and the zip you entered is correct, just click on "Skip This Step" and you will be taken to the payment method screen.

The payment screen will indicate the items you purchased, shipping & handling fees, and any applicable tax. Please fill this screen out completely and click on "Continue". If you missed any necessary information to process payment, the screen will reappear with red prompts at the top indicating what is missing. Once you have completed the page, click on "Continue" and your order is processed!

A page will be displayed confirming your order and giving you an order number for your reference. We will also send you an e-mail confirmation of your order. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt.

PAYMENT & SALES TAX

Pussers.com is happy to accept your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express for payment. Your account will not be charged until your order is shipped.

State Sales Tax is required and applied only to orders shipped within the State of Florida.

ORDER STATUS

A shipment from Pussers.com can be tracked from the time it leaves us until it reaches your door. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments through United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation via the e-mail address you provided. This message provides the order number and UPS tracking number. You can track your package on the UPS web site.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with everything you purchased from us! If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can simply return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition (unopened for food and beverage products) for a full refund of the purchase. Just follow the steps below: - Please indicate refund or exchange item(s) on the packing slip you received with your order. - Wrap the package securely using the box it arrived in, if possible.

Refunds: Once we receive and process your return, a credit will be issued to your credit card. Please allow three weeks for your refund to be processed. The credit may not appear on your monthly billing statement until the following month.

Exchanges: Please follow the return procedure above and indicate on the packing slip the correct size you require. We will process your exchange and re-ship the size you require at no additional charge!
